ClearCase 7.1 and ClearQuest 7.1 have been released

Versions 7.1 have been released two days ago. Both products seem to have new major features:
ClearCase:

ClearCase MultiSite Global Monitor – monitoring vital server processes
New features of CCRC (ClearCase Remote Client)
A new Java API suitable for infrastructure support or third-party development

ClearQuest:

New command line interface (CLI)
New features of ClearQuest designer
Out-of-the-box ALM schema

New version of CompBL (v1.1.1)

CompBL is a freeware utility which enables you to easily compare two ClearCase UCM baselines.
Updates of v1.1.1 are:

Updating the utility is much easier
A few minor bugs are fixed due to comments by users.

Compare ClearCase UCM baselines on UNIX and Linux

Since CompBL can compare ClearCase UCM baselines on UNIX and Linux just in case you have Windows-UNIX or Windows-Linux cross-platform environments, I would like to know if you’d like to compare baselines if your environments are pure UNIX or Linux.
I would appreciate your honest answer.
